Position: Auxiliary Worker

Employment Type: Casual / On-Call

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the day-to-day operations of correctional facilities.

  • Assist in maintaining safety, order, and compliance with facility protocols.

  • Provide custodial and logistical support to staff and inmates.

  • Respond to incidents and follow emergency procedures.

  • Carry out various general tasks as required.


Minimum Requirements:

  • Grade 12 / Matric certificate.

  • Good communication and teamwork skills.

  • Willingness to work in a secure and structured environment.

  • Physically fit and mentally resilient.

  • Ability to follow instructions and adhere to regulations.

  • Must be eligible for security clearance and background checks.
