What You Will Be Doing
- utilizing your technological know-how and resources such as AWS Glue, LangChain, and OpenAI Code Interpreter to transform our learning programs.
- With your talent for dissecting intricate situations into their component parts and creating AI prompts that reflect those processes, you can unleash the potential of AI to make our services smarter.
- keeping us on course, carefully examining and testing our IDSs to guarantee the accuracy of our AI solutions, and providing excellent services.
- putting in the work, assessing results, creating prototypes, and taking all necessary steps to raise the standard of quality.
What You Won’t Be Doing
- assigning responsibilities to others during the day. In order to identify the best answers, you will work directly with the study and data, creating prompts and prototypes.

Basic Requirements
Director of Operations key responsibilities
- knowledge of artificial intelligence (AI), large language models (LLMs), and prompt engineering, including self-consistency in CoT and Chain-of-Thought (CoT) prompting
- Sufficient coding knowledge to put together a series of instructions into a functioning prototype service in a single day
- a proficiency in self-education. You’re the kind of person if you’re the kind who incorporates science knowledge into your personal learning process!
- a mindset centred on the process. The key to enabling a system to scale is to create straightforward, repeatable operations.
Nice-to-have Requirements
- Proficiency in utilizing CodeInterpreter, LangChain, AWS Glue, and AI Orchestration technologies to develop workflows that are entirely AI-based

Working with Crossover
This is a long-term, full-time position (40 hours a week). The role is open right now and necessitates signing an independent contractor contract with Crossover. This position pays $200 USD per hour, or $400,000 USD annually if 40 hours are worked each week and 50 weeks are worked annually. Weekly payments are due.
