We provide scholarships to those wishing to pursue studies in the following vital yet in-demand skill areas:
- BSc/B.Eng. Electrical Engineering (Heavy and Light Current)
- BSc/B.Eng. Electronic/Engineering
- Bachelor Of Engineering: Technology
- B.Eng. in Electrical and Electronic Engineering (Mechatronics)
- BSc Information Technology/Computer Science and Computer Engineering
What are we looking for?
We are seeking people to join us who truly care about creating a better future and who share our beliefs. As a result, it’s critical that you be certain of your decision to join us and that you have done your homework about our business.
Academic and Personal Record:
- Grade12 Applications
- Completed Matric/Grade 12
- English – Level 5 and Above
- Pure Maths – Level 5 and Above
- Physical Science – Level 5 and Above
- Unemployed South African Citizen between 18 – 25 years
University applications
- A minimum of 65% in your academic year in grade 12 or at the tertiary level, or acceptance to begin full-time studies in one of the
- aforementioned fields of study, in the year you are applying for the bursary.
- The chosen institution ought to be a training facility with local recognition.
- The student satisfies the Training Institution’s registration requirements.
Before a bursary is given out, the training institution must provide proof of acceptance. - There shouldn’t be any additional support available to the student, such as other bursaries or the National Student Financial Aid Scheme (NSFAS).
Application Process
Students who fulfil the aforementioned minimal qualifying standards may apply by sending in unmarked copies of the following supporting records:
- Motivation Letter
- Curriculum Vitae
- ID Document
- Matric Certificate – Grade 11 Trial Marks and Results, which will be available in August/September 2023 Complete Academic Record for Tertiary Level (If Applicable)
