Job Overview
G4S Cash Solutions (SA), a market leader in integrated cash management, is looking for a committed and experienced Branch Security Officer to join our team. This role supports the Branch Manager in maintaining high security standards and ensuring compliance with all security procedures and protocols.
We are looking for a proactive individual with a solid track record in enforcing policy, applying best practices, and exercising sound judgment. The successful candidate will be results-driven and aligned with G4S values, contributing directly to the overall success of the branch.
Key Responsibilities

Ensure effective and secure branch operations

Maintain security reports and registers

Implement, monitor, and evaluate standard operating procedures

Oversee control and maintenance of security equipment

Supervise and manage security personnel
-
Enforce health and safety compliance
Minimum Requirements
-
Grade 12 (Matric)
-
Valid Driver’s License and PDP License
-
PSIRA Grade B certification
-
CIT (Cash-in-Transit) Certification
Skills and Attributes

Strong knowledge of South African security legislation

Excellent verbal and written communication
-
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)

Analytical with strong risk management and investigation capabilities

Effective report writing skills

Leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills

Ability to manage and lead in complex environments

Collaborative mindset with strong customer orientation
Eligibility
