We’re growing and looking for passionate, reliable, and customer-focused individuals to join our team in two key positions:
Position 1: Driver (Code 14)
Employment Type: Full-Time | Day or Night Shifts
Industry: Logistics / Delivery Operations
Job Purpose:
To ensure the safe and timely delivery of goods from one destination to another, while complying with all safety regulations and company procedures.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:

Safely transport goods according to designated routes and schedules
-
Conduct daily vehicle inspections; report faults and complete inspection sheets
-
Ensure vehicle cleanliness and compliance with Road Traffic and OHS Acts
-
Verify loads, ensure correct documentation, and obtain proof of delivery signatures
-
Load and offload products, including pallets, returned goods, and containers
-
Accurately complete trip sheets and other required documentation
-
Comply with company policies, procedures, and 5S housekeeping standards
Requirements:
-
Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Driver in the industry
-
Valid Code 14 driver’s license with PDP
-
Valid RSA ID and completed Matric
-
Ability to work day or night shifts as required

Reliable, punctual, and flexible
-
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Position 2: Call Centre Agent
Employment Type: Full-Time | Shifts may apply
Industry: Food & Beverage / Customer Service
Job Purpose:
To provide exceptional customer service by answering inbound calls, assisting with menu inquiries, and accurately capturing food orders for delivery and collection.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:

Answer inbound calls and assist customers with menu information and recommendations

Accurately take down orders, including special instructions, and coordinate with stores
-
Modify existing orders and communicate changes effectively
-
Upsell or cross-sell menu items, drinks, and services to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales
-
Ensure professionalism and high service standards in every customer interaction
Requirements:

Matric (Grade 12)
-
Computer literate with good phone etiquette
-
Strong verbal and written communication skills
-
Experience in a call centre environment or customer-facing role
-
Inbound call experience is an advantage
