About the Role:
Fidelity Cash Solutions, a division of the Fidelity Services Group, is currently seeking highly responsible and detail-oriented Tellers to join our Cash Processing Centers at various locations. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a dynamic, fast-paced environment where accuracy, integrity, and security are essential.
The primary purpose of this role is to manage the daily operations related to the processing and verification of client cash deposits. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all cash is balanced and processed in line with client agreements and company procedures.
Minimum Requirements:

Matric Certificate (Grade 12) is essential.

Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a high-stress, time-sensitive environment.

Attention to detail is crucial.
-
Computer literacy – comfortable working with basic software and data entry systems.

Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Ability to communicate clearly in English (written and verbal).

Previous experience in a cash center, banking, or financial services environment is advantageous but not required.

Must have a clear criminal record.

Ability to work professionally with colleagues and management.
Key Responsibilities:

Accurately verify and process customer cash deposits in accordance with contractual agreements and internal standards.

Maintain a balancing position of all processed transactions throughout the shift.

Follow all security procedures and company protocols when handling cash.

Provide support in ensuring that daily operational targets are met.

Flag any discrepancies or anomalies in cash volumes or transaction records.

Ensure proper documentation is maintained and submitted for audit and reporting purposes.

Uphold the highest standards of customer service and integrity at all times.
