About the job

This is an excellent chance for a self-starter to take charge of a portfolio of clients on Amazon and oversee their daily operations, including listing content and creativity, keyword research, marketing strategies, the company’s financial stability, customer service, risk management and compliance, inventory management, and growth strategy development.

Responsibilities

  • Examine data at the Amazon ASIN level (sales, discussion rate, page views, expenses, etc.) to ascertain the reasons behind the upward or downward trends in certain products. Clearly express your insights and suggest troubleshooting techniques.
  • daily upkeep required to maintain effective product listings on Amazon. This entails keeping an eye on shifting metrics, comprehending market trends, adjusting customer profiles and demographics, reporting every day, assessing the competitive environment, adjusting prices, and keeping an eye on inventory.
  • Provide tactics such as price optimization, PPC, packaging/inserts, discounts and promotions, customer communications, creativity, altering package dimensions, subscribe and save, and more to boost sales, cut expenses, and improve the conversion rate of purchased products.
  • Create and implement Amazon PPC strategies in collaboration with our PPC managers.
  • Create daily, weekly, and monthly reports for every product, working with our leadership group to guarantee that the P&L is accurate.
  • Be proactive in identifying problems before they arise and be well-versed in the ecosystem that surrounds the sale of your products (e.g., competition landscape, industry landscape, changes in Amazon marketplace rules).
  • When we bring on a new client, take the lead in the transition process. This comprises going in-depth with all of the information supplied, conducting research on the market and categories, building a rapport with the client so that you can ask questions, and auditing (and perhaps overhauling) their complete listing and end-to-end customer procedure.
  • Develop a go-to-market strategy in collaboration with internal teams to enable impactful, successful product launches and global expansion.

About you

  • three or more years of experience in marketing, product management, or analytical work.
