Job Objectives:

This includes precise merchandise scanning, secure cash handling, and efficient processing of Clubcard rewards. We aim to achieve Clubcard participation targets by actively promoting and enrolling new members, thereby enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty. Our goal is to inform customers about ongoing promotions, driving sales while ensuring they receive value and satisfaction.

We pride ourselves on delivering superior customer service, acting as brand ambassadors who offer friendly, professional assistance. Maintaining store standards through effective merchandising and housekeeping is crucial to presenting a welcoming environment that aligns with our visual merchandise standards. Knowledge:

Candidates should possess basic mathematical skills for accurate transactions, a background in retail/FMCG to grasp merchandising and promotional principles, and an understanding of stock management procedures. Knowledge of customer service excellence is essential.

Minimum Requirements

Experience: Desirable: Previous experience in customer-facing roles within retail/FMCG environments.

Education: Essential: Grade 12 qualification. Desirable: Minimum 50% pass in Mathematics and English at Grade 12 level.
