Developing an offer to automate the operation of Network Operating Center in select competency areas using a data analytics user interface, or setting up the data sources and pipelines from the appropriate systems onto our cloud-native platform, can be the key to a successful customer project. We need more Presales Solution Architects to support our sales colleagues in closing cases because customers are eager to use our solutions to improve customer experience and network efficiency.

Responsibilities in this role:

  • Gain credibility with the executive teams of your customers by using your leadership abilities and extensive, in-depth industry, technical, and professional expertise to establish yourself as a reliable advisor.
  • Gain knowledge of the current business goals, needs, technical environment, and operational procedures of your clients.
  • Utilize your cross-functional, cross-domain expertise of the telecom environment to evaluate the operational positioning, data accessibility, deployed solutions, and gaps that exist now for your clients. These gaps can then be transformed into areas of improvement that will help your clients improve their operational efficiency, gain a competitive edge, or
  • create new revenue streams.
  • Convert the aforementioned results into high-level, implementable roadmaps by:
  • Making use of the portfolio of existing solutions
    designing and creating high-level improvements to the existing solutions by the determined needs
    advanced technological design of fresh approaches to address the demand
  • Utilizing cutting-edge automation, AI, and machine learning services
  • Establish high-level technical requirements and sketch the high-level design in collaboration with internal technical teams to improve and expand the range of solutions depending on the needs of clients and market/technology developments.
  • Get the greatest results from client stakeholders by persuading them to support business and technology goals and activities. These results may then be translated into actionable roadmaps that provide clear instructions for implementation, ensuring business value and return on investment.
  • Collaborate closely with the management team of your clients to improve their data strategy, pinpoint important data, determine what should be measured and how, and assist clients in developing solutions that leverage their data to generate real business value through data, analytics, ML, and AI, and transform CSP into a more data-driven enterprise.
  • Assure excellent customer satisfaction by being well-versed in the client’s business, infrastructure, and industry and by interacting with them on solution offerings, strategies, and direction.
    In the telecom solutions sector, offer knowledgeable end-to-end technical advice to facilitate discovery talks with prospective customers.

Experience and knowledge required for this role:

  • Expert in Telecom with over 15 years of experience in the field
  • Comprehensive knowledge of many technologies and domains in the telecom industry, encompassing both technical and business domains; in-depth comprehension of telecom network components and the end-to-end service flow via these parts
  • capable of calculating telecom KPIs, creating a comprehensive perspective for network performance, and comprehending telecom customer experience frameworks
  • Developed AI/ML-based solutions and advanced data analytics utilizing on-premises and cloud data platforms to improve business and operational efficiency in the telecom sector. Demonstrated ability to use automated solutions to generate business value.
  • Capacity to oversee several projects and duties in a complicated setting.
  • demonstrated capacity to pick up new skills fast and adjust to changing technology
  • Presentation abilities: strong in front of both big and small crowds.
