Job Description

Main purpose:

Delivering technical and product training to designated operational business units is the goal of the Operations Trainer position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivery of Training
  • Organize refresher, upskilling, and cross-skilling training in addition to training for new hires.
  • Every training event requires the completion of assessments.
  • Before reassessing, all delegates must get remedial support.
  • Management
  • Gather student records in accordance with Ucademy specifications:
  • Finish the delegate attendance registers, the annual training reports, and the operational skills matrix update.

Qualifications

Qualifications required:

  • Grade 12/Matric
  • Tertiary qualification in training and development would be beneficial

Experience required:

  • two or more years of learning and development experience
  • It will help if you have prior automotive experience.
  • Experience in coaching, mentoring, and training
  • Intermediate degree of computer literacy (MS Office)
