We are pleased to present our internship program, which is intended for anyone wishing to work with fast-paced, international companies. Over a year, the intern will be assigned functional projects as part of the curriculum. In addition to completing difficult assignments daily, the candidate will receive guidance from the assignment manager to develop their business and leadership skills through a planned schedule and specified objectives.

ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES

For someone who recently graduated from college and has a year of work experience in a manufacturing setting, we have an interesting opportunity. We are searching for someone who is driven, flexible, and eager to learn. It would be advantageous to have work experience in a manufacturing setting in addition to a degree in supply chain, procurement, engineering, operations management, or a similar field.

Delivering the materials required at our ESA factories is made possible in large part by the Materials Management team. Working on a global team to acquire resources for ESA is one of the opportunities this role offers.

What You Will Be Accountable For

  • In order to fulfil the requirements of different factory production plans
  • in the SAP system, place materials purchase orders or contracts in accordance with supplier lead times.
  • Ensure that all materials’ master data in the SAP system is accurate.
  • Keep the factory’s desired stock levels constant.
  • Resolve supplier billing concerns by engaging with the Factory Finance team.
  • Frequent correspondence with finance on materials costing, supplier invoice payment, etc.

Essential Experience, Skills, And Knowledge

  • grasp of the fundamentals of the supply chain.
  • Understanding of operational systems and protocols, such as MRP, BOM, and forecasting, along with a solid understanding of other associated roles, such as customer service, production scheduling, and production planning.
  • Effective communication and organizing abilities are crucial.
  • self-driven and capable of working under pressure and without supervision.
  • Along with having a keen attention to detail, you must possess strong
  • analytical abilities, the capacity to take on challenging assignments, and
  • the ability to work autonomously.
    For the position, one must be proficient in Advanced Excel and have prior SAP expertise.
