1. Warehouse Clerk – Gauteng (CSD Based)

Job Purpose
To ensure that all inbound stock management and dispatch activities are performed accurately, efficiently, and in line with company policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform GRV (Goods Received Voucher) administration and match GRVs to delivery notes

• Accurately capture data in SAP

• Resolve stock discrepancies (over/under supply)

• Ensure correct and complete documentation before dispatch

• Assist in blind checks and loading validations

• Maintain billing accuracy and loading performance records

• Conduct daily temperature checks and ensure cold chain integrity

• Participate in stock counts and ensure clean, organized storage areas

• Ensure compliance with health and safety and housekeeping standards

Requirements

• Grade 12 (Matric)

• 1 year or more warehousing experience

• SAP knowledge (advantageous)

• Basic computer skills (MS Office)

• Numeracy, attention to detail, communication and organizational skills

• Able to work in cold environments

• Sober habits and physically fit

2. General Worker – Gauteng (CSD Based)

Job Purpose
To provide general support across the warehouse operations, including loading, cleaning, assisting with deliveries, and maintaining orderly workspaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in picking, wrapping and palletizing stock

• Operate MHE equipment like pallet jacks and forklifts (if licensed)

• Maintain a high level of housekeeping across warehouse and cold rooms

• Support loading and offloading of goods as per SOP

• Conduct daily stock counts and report damaged or problematic stock

• Follow timekeeping and health & safety procedures

• Maintain clean walkways and remove empty pallets from floor areas

Requirements

• Grade 12 (Matric)

• Physically fit with ability to work in cold storage environments

• Willing to assist across functions including delivery routes and cleaning

• 1 year warehouse or similar experience will be an advantage

• Punctual, reliable, and a team player

• Clear criminal record

3. Handyman – Port Elizabeth (Coega Site)

Job Purpose
To conduct maintenance, repair, and minor installations across the facility. This role ensures the site remains safe, functional, and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general repairs: plumbing, electrical (basic), carpentry, tiling, and painting

• Maintain and store tools and equipment safely

• Replace fixtures like lights, locks, doors, and windowpanes

• Conduct roof and ceiling repairs, waterproofing, and basic bricklaying

• Ensure safe working environment by adhering to OHS procedures

• Liaise with contractors when necessary

• Keep records of repairs and inspections

• Work independently or as part of the maintenance team

Requirements

• Grade 12 with N3 or relevant trade-related qualification

• 2–4 years of mechanical and electrical repair experience

• Valid driver’s license (Code EC advantageous)

• Must be available to work overtime, shifts, weekends, and public holidays

• Willingness to travel to cross-docks (George, East London, Mthatha)

• Physically capable, with a clear criminal record
